Quite Mind-Boggling!

Just how many Web 2.0 sites are out there on the World Wide Web? Well, with site like Feed My App and Web2Web20 we are able to somewhat keep up with the ever-growing Web 2.0 phenomenon. Though it can be somewhat overwhelming it is nice to have a few sites that list most of the Web 2.0 sites on the web. I rather enjoyed playing with the different Web 2.0 applications. You will be surprised by the number of different types of sites that are out there. Both Feed My App and Web2Web20 break them up into categories to make it easier to search.

Embedding Podcasts and your Google Calendar

Imagine that! The ability to sync your FISD outlook calendar with google calendar AND then embedded into your blog. Wow!
Well, I've done just that. Using G-Cast, I've created a podcast to further communicate with you the wonders of technology. I've also synced my outlook calendar with my google calendar and it is embedded into my blog.
The more I work with my blog the more excited I get about all the wonderful possibilities. To think, a few days ago I wouldn't have thought about incorporating my calendar.
The best part about all of this is... IT IS FREE!
The gmail (Google) account to create my google calendar, google reader (I'll talk more about this one later), etc - FREE.
The Gcast account I created to record and host my podcast- FREE.
Blogspot, Edublogs, and many other blog sites used to create and house your blog- FREE.
